Free Fitness Tuesdays: Pilates

Pilates, 10:00 – 11:00 am – Pilates may sound intimidating, but it’s an accessible way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility. Jillian DeJonge from Generation Care will be leading this class. *Bring yoga mat, towel or blanket

About Free Fitness Tuesdays: Summer is here and it is time to get outside and play! North Ottawa Community Health System and our collaborating partners are giving you an opportunity to sample some fun things to get you outside and be active! This is your chance to try yoga, Pilates, meditation, strength training or a historical walking tour! Bring a friend or two and join us for some summer fitness fun.

Dress appropriately for the weather and for the classes! Bring a water bottle, yoga mat (or blanket) where applicable; wear supportive shoes for the walking tours. All classes are FREE and located at the new Lynne Sherwood Waterfront Stadium.
