Free Fitness Tuesdays: Tai Chi

When: Tuesday, July 23, 10:00 am

Where: Lynne Sherwood Waterfront Stadium, Downtown Grand Haven

Tai Chi, 10:00 – 11:00 am – Tai Chi is an ancient form of exercise that is performed in slow, deliberate movements. It helps with balance, flexibility and muscular strength. Frank Roldan from Four Pointes Center for Successful Aging will be leading this peaceful practice.

About Free Fitness Tuesdays: Summer is here and it is time to get outside and play! North Ottawa Community Health System and our collaborating partners are giving you an opportunity to sample some fun things to get you outside and be active! This is your chance to try yoga, Pilates, meditation, strength training or a historical walking tour! Bring a friend or two and join us for some summer fitness fun.

Dress appropriately for the weather and for the classes! Bring a water bottle, yoga mat (or blanket) where applicable; wear supportive shoes for the walking tours. All classes are FREE and located at the new Lynne Sherwood Waterfront Stadium.
