One of our most popular classes last year, we are bringing it back for those who were unable to attend or want to hear it again. With 17 years of geriatric clinical and fall prevention experience, come and listen to Cristie Anderson, MSPT of Generation Care, to learn proven strategies to tell if you are high risk for falls, to show how to fall and get up from a fall, and simple tricks to prevent falls from happening!
