Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Bites

2 ripened bananas, mashed
1/3c peanut butter
1/2c unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1.5c oatmeal

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix banana, peanut butter, applesauce, vanilla, salt and cinnamon.
3. Stir in oats
4. Drop tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet
5. Bake 15 minutes

18 servings
1 serving- 67 calories, 2 grams protein, 2.8 grams fat, 1.4 grams fiber

Cottage Cheese Parfait

1/2c low fat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
1/4c sliced strawberries
2 Tbsp blueberries
½ kiwi, chopped

1- Spoon cottage cheese in small bowl. Reserve 1 Tbsp of cottage cheese.
2- Top with fruit and 1Tbsp of cottage cheese.
3- Sprinkle with walnuts and enjoy.

1 serving- 185 calories, 17.3 grams protein, 7.7 grams fat, 5.7 grams fiber
