Life After Loss is a free ongoing grief support group open to anyone in the community dealing with a death related loss.

The group is offered on the second Monday of the month from 1:00 – 2:00 PM and is facilitated by a Hospice bereavement professional. Participants receive emotional support as well as educational resources that explore the many aspects of dealing with grief.

There is no charge to take part in the group, however, contacting our bereavement team prior to attending is appreciated. Contact can be made by calling the Bereavement Department of Hospice of North Ottawa Community at (616) 846-2015 or emailing bdekker@noch.org.
